Services are bespoke, but typically include:
- Take current product range and list them on Amazon and/or eBay
- Optimise listings’ surface appearance

- Register a trademark (if needed)
- Register with Amazon Brand Registry for protection
- Use Amazon Brand Registry to create ‘A+ Content’
- Migrate sales from FBM (receiving order and posting out products yourself) to FBA (Amazon receives your order and posts out products from bulk inventory which you send to them)
- Research new marketplaces (platform or geographic inc EU expansion)
- Research new potential products and expansion lines
- Stop competitors from copying listed products using free tools
- Continue to grow sales through ecommerce channels while training your staff how to run the accounts

Client packages are bespoke. Eg. The opticians I worked with needed to think outside the box as they were buying branded glasses at a cost too high, to compete with similar stores online. After exploring and testing different things, I found that they could do extremely well selling branded sunglasses cases and storage boxes, hearing aid accessories, reading accessories and accessories for taking care of glasses. These opportunities were not readily obvious to me, nor the optician when we started working together, but given time, testing and exploration, we managed to discover niche products that sold very well, which one would never have thought of. The opportunity to make online sales revenue, is sometimes obvious, but can often also be tucked away.
